A four-storey building with habitable units and a business premises was built on the site of a 1920s building, which was beyond restoration. The area which could be built upon was just 4.6 m wide by 24 m long.

It became an elegant, bright rationalist home right in the middle of the city centre.
We installed the interior and exterior surfaces, adding walls and flooring finished with the Lamata technique, washing and polishing.
